Water Heaters

Province Lane, Barrington, NH
Tankless water heater upgrade to Weil-McLain indirect 60 gal. with Sparco mixing valve. Multiple same time showers are now possible without running out of hot water.

Fourth Street, Dover, NH
LP water heater. Chimney was blocked due to poor chimney liner installation. To stop CO poisoning, CPHH moved the water heater and installed a power vented unit that did not need a chimney.

Electric Conversions

Cutts Road, Durham, NH
Growing household ran out of hot water with 40 gal. electric; Added 40 gal. Superstor indirect off boiler to give more hot water and faster recovery.

Madbury, NH
Tankless coil was losing significant performance; Coil flushed out with hydro-cloric acid and water wash. The coil was returned to the original hot water output. This was an economic alternative to replacing/abandoning the unit.

Wrens Nest Inn, Portsmouth, NH
Had huge hot water demand filling 2 - 3 whirlpools at a time; Added booster 50 gal. with bronze circ. to indirect/gas system a head start and allow for all to be in hot water.

Steam Systems

Whichtrot Road, Wakefield, NH
Older leaky boiler with electric hot water replaced with new Smith boiler and tankless water heater.

Lafayette St., Rochester,NH
Boiler has dry fired due to system neglect and low water cut off malfunction. New boiler was installed with Probe type LWCO to reduce maintenance and prevent another malfunction.

Hill Street, Dover, NH
Coal fired steamer converted to oil, then to new Smith gas fired boiler; eliminated banging and water hammer. Reduced gas consumption by 30% in the first year.
