Heating System Evaluation and Support:

I would like to thank you again for all of your assistance with my heating system. It is running great! . . . This weekend, with temperatures clipping below zero and a stiff breeze, is providing me with the opportunity to observe the system operating at and above its design capacity. It is a great test for the system, and the system is passing with flying colors . . . apparently it has plenty of reserve to keep up with these extremely cold temperatures. And yet, it does not short-cycle when the weather is warmer . . . Thanks for providing design advice, installing the gas line, checking my work, and activating the system. Kevin, I can't thank you enough for how helpful you have been for any and all of our plumbing issues . . . When the system went down and we didn't have heat, you were there. When we renovated the downstairs bathroom, you listened to what we wanted and provided quality and fair-priced work. When we needed to add baseboard heating to the basement, you did excellent work . . . If you ever need someone to give a recommendation for you, please don't hesitate to ask. I'd be happy to do it.
